Marksheet
Our country education system is marred by rackets of fake mark sheets and degrees that have destroyed the credibility of many colleges and universities. The story of Marksheet is based in present setup is of dejected youth who is yearning for a better life and takes up the life of crime has been used in the industry before, but this movie deals with a more serious purview of crime in education, and the repercussions of it on the society. Education based crimes not only take away the basic right to education of an individual, but in-turn also poses a major threat to the concept of right person for the right job.
Chandu
Theres nothing new as far as real to reel concept is concerned. Its been tried before and in some cases pursued to extreme limits as is the case with a strings of films on Bhagat Singh. Yet, Mahesh Bhatts Chandu is in an altogether different league and thats perhaps one of the reasons why the film is hitting the headlines in major national and regional newspapers and making its presence felt on major TV channels even before the story and cast is finalized and the finances of the film are in place.
